Sandy and Sons Auto Service has been in business since 1971 and we pride
ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. Our beginnings were in
the service station business. When service stations changed to self
service gas stations, we opened our own independent repair shop to ensure
our customers continued to get the service they had come to expect from
us. We try to do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. Whether
making major repairs to keep your car on the road, or just checking your
tire pressures and fluid levels between services, we take pride in being
your neighborhood car care guys!
New customers tell us that getting honest, reliable auto service used to
be difficult. Not anymore. We understand that being without your vehicle
can be difficult, so we try to make everything about the repair easy and
upfront. We try to complete repairs on the same day, and call you with an
itemized estimate before repairs. Most important- we do not up sell any
services! We address the concern that brought you in; we do not "go
lookin" for other repairs.
Our customers are our neighbors. Our philosophy is to treat all of our
customers as if they were our next door neighbors. We refuse to advertise
or use coupons to "lure in" new customers. Word of mouth is our only
advertisement. We believe that if we continue to do it right, our
business will continue to grow. We strive to exceed the quality and
business ethics of other repair shops. We make every effort to fix the
car right the first time. After all, "Your complete service satisfaction
is our responsibility."
