Sandy and Sons provides our customers with a convenient ride to work or home (within 5 miles) in the morning until 9:00 am. We serve the Boeing, Falcon Field, and Mt. View high school areas. We open promptly at 7 am so you can drop your car off before work, and are here until 6 pm to pick up your cars after completion. We can arrange a rental car if needed. If your vehicle is in need of a tow, call us. If it is after hours or on the weekend, Sandy and Sons recommends Tri-City Towing (480) 833-1041. Tri City Towing is a 24 hour service that utilizes courteous, professional drivers.

We perform emissions repairs on 1996 and newer vehicles. If your vehicle fails the test, please bring in the fail sheet provided by the emissions test station. We can schedule an appointment to diagnose and repair the problem. We have the capability to scan the computer for trouble codes and data. We can also test, diagnose, and repair evaporative system failures. If you have a car older than 1996, we will be happy to refer you to one of our colleagues.

We make oil changes easy! Our full service oil change includes changing engine oil and oil filter. Refilling crankcase with up to 5 quarts of Mobil engine oil* We inspect all fluid levels, and lubricate chassis (if applicable). We also perform a 10 point safety inspection on all oil changes. *synthetic, blended, or addition oil available at an additional charge

Our Philosophy on Flushes:

One thing that is common in our industry is "Maintenance Flushes" You will find a lot of shops, dealerships, quick lube shops, or car washes that advertise a very low price for an oil change. Many of these shops will sell an oil change as a loss leader to get you into the shop. Once they begin services, they attempt to "up sell" you additional services. They try to sell transmission fluid flushes, power steering fluid flushes, brake fluid flushes, coolant flushes, fuel injection flushes and even engine oil flushes. They sometimes lead you to believe that if you don't flush all those fluids now, your car may become unsafe to drive.

I honestly believe that in most cases, the only purpose of maintenance flushes is to flush money from your wallet into somebody else's. Don't be fooled.The fact of the matter is, most flushes are not recommended by the manufacturer. In fact, several automobile manufacturers have issued bulletins to their dealers instructing them not to flush fluids. We service transmissions and cooling systems at the scheduled interval recommended by the manufacturer. We will replace brake fluid when normal brake repairs are performed. We only flush fuel injection systems if it will repair a concern. Rest assured, when you come in for repairs and/or service, you will not be pressured to buy any maintenance flushes!
